My 6 month has learned how to roll over but she's doing it while she sleeps and I'm afraid she won't be able to breath

It sounds like this is your first child. Don't worry its normal for them to start rolling over in there sleep. I used to be the same way with my first and would roll her back. By doing that I would just wake her up and have a long night. I finally gave up and just let her go. Same with my second I just let her go. Your baby will be fine don't worry at all.

If she is strong enough to roll over on her own then she is strong enough to turn her head to breathe while she is on her stomach. I found that the more I played with my babies on the floor the stronger their neck and body muscles got. One of my children would never sleep on her back no matter how much I would go in her room and turn her over. She is a healthy four year old now!

There are those triangle shaped "bumpers" that go on each side of the baby when they sleep. I believe that this would work. After a baby gets old enough to roll over there is less chance of SIDS but it wouldn't hurt to use these until your baby is a little older.

She's strong enough to lift her head, I assume, and will probably move if she gets in a position where she can't breath, but definitely make sure there's nothing in her bed that will get in her way, blankets, toys, pillows, etc. Can she roll from front to back?
Once she can that should alleviate some worry.

Generally, when a baby can roll over she can lift her head to breathe. You dont have pillows or blankets in the bed do you? lots of soft animals? Relax and enjoy everyday you have with your baby! Children are gifts from God!

Once your baby can roll over there is nothing you can do to make her sleep on her back. Don't worry about it. The risk of SIDS decreases as your baby ages.

Once your baby is able to roll over, the risk of sids drops. If you are really worried, just put her back on her back if you see her like that. Just make sure that there are no big blankets, crib bumper pads or stuffed animals in the crib with her, and she will be fine!

She'll be fine. I'm sure by now she's can hold her head up and move it on her own, which means that if she can't breath she would move her head herself. They say that once a child can roll over on their own, there's not much you can do and the risk for SIDS has already greatly decresed.

Once they can roll over by themselves, sleeping on their stomach is just fine.
