have to identify him/herself to someone who they are operating aginst in a sting style operation? i've read they have to in the usa but i was wondering about here in the uk?

I doubt an undercover agent would be ALLOWED to identify themselves as such in ANY country. Even when they are ready to make an arrest, they usually allow UNIFORMED agents to make the arrest. If they identify themselves as law enforcement, they are no longer undercover.

not as far as i know the men and women that harrass me have never told me who they are and i have gone out on dates with three of the women.and niether did the american ones that had been manipulated by the british, when i was in the states on holiday.
