Einstein's famous formula is what you need.

Looking it up, pluggin' & chugging the numbers, and getting the units correct is your job.

Actually, the question has the answer in it. 35 KeV. Do you need it converted to grams? Pounds? Or is that a suitable answer for your class? (Electron-volts is a perfectly satisfactory unit for mass as well as energy.)

E= mc^2

You have to convert keV to Joules, then divide by c^2

1 eV = 1.602 *10^-19 Joules (a constant you should probably memorize)
