What grade? You can find a few grades in your dimension at www.mcmaster.com (search on steel bar).

If you can find this at a local steel yard, you'd be better off, because shipping is expensive. Try the yellow pages under "steel".

Call a welding supply shop and ask where there customers get raw material.
