Starting from the bottom up:

LEGS: you obviously need leg strength for running and jumping
-To work your calfs: Calf raises, standing calf raises, jump rope
-To work your quads: Squats, lunges, standing hip flexor

CORE: you need midsection strength for manouvering good
-Abs: Sit ups, Leg raises, dumbell crunches

UPPER BODY: you need upper body strength to shoot the ball and dribble
-Chest: Bench press, flyes, pullovers
-Shoulders: Shoulder press, shoulder shrugs, seated incline deltoid raises
-Triceps: Seated triceps press, kickbacks
-Forearms: Wrist curl, reverse wrist curl

You pretty much need to work your entire body. Google any of these exercises I listed for proper form and execution. While you're at it, research weight training as well and you'll get more specific info on what you need to do.

run suicides for conditioning. Conditioning is probably the single most important thing. You can't play a whole game if you aren't properly conditioned.

you must be able to play strong defense as well as have enough energy to play offense.

Then you can lift weights (don't try to max weights) to strengthen yours arms so shooting doesn't tire you out. You want to tone your body cause if you get too muscular it may slow you down (emeka okafor and mike bibby both had this problem last year).

Also shoot shoot shoot shoot =)
