Most middle schools here don't really focus on foreign languages, although it's been about 6 years since I've been in middle school.
I know that Adam Stephens Middle School has (or had, I do not know if they have it anymore) a foreign language sampler class, which included Spanish, French, and a little bit of some other languages.
I know that most, if not all high schools, offer French classes, from beginning all the way up to becoming a full-fledged second language.
