For example, the guy from the baseball team named Rocker. He said he didn't like gays, foreigners or jews. And the team fined him for that and made him apologize. And now Tim Hardaway also. So wouldn't this make everyone bottle up their true feelings and be phonies instead. Isn't it better for all the racists to show themselves so we can stay away from them and not mistakingly think that they are our friends when deep down they could be hating you?

Political correctness confuses thought and language as one. So, they think, if you do not speak it, soon you will not think it. Rather the philosophy behind new speak in 1984. The attack a wrong, racism, with another wrong, political correctness. Then these social scientists go around blaming the application of their ideas, instead of the ideas themselves. This is why we will not have an approach to the problems of society until these politically correct, ideologically driven and relativistic social science answers to problems are replaced with a scientific approach. The truth in many matters social needs to be faced; not swept under the ideological rug.
