Notes on Ipods???

I have a 30gb ipod and i was wondering how you put notes on it. supposebly you can put word documents in notes, but i have no idea how. I already enabled disk use, but dont know what to do from then on........PLEASE HELP!!!!

type up something in notepad, then save it, then drag and drop the file into the notes folder on your ipod
