You're perimenopausal. There are numerous supplements you should look into Evening primrose oil, phytoestogens, chaste tree berry, calcium and magnesium together, B6, St. John's wort, plus a good multi vit.
Avoid caffeine, salt, licorice, strong, dark tea, alcohol.
It is also very important that you get some exercise and plenty of sleep.
Read up on it at the library or the net.

The best remedy around is the pill or some hormone replacement therapy. Other than that take Evening Primrose oil and take plenty of exercise be it swimming or walking...
Keep the heart regulated and that happy hormone going and the rest should improve

In my experience a punchbag & a padded cell!!-seriously though,vitamin B6 is supposed to be very good,needs a while to take effect though.Also lavender oil in your bath-I thought that sounded like cr@p but I tried it & it actually has a soothing effect.

Vitamin B6 is very good I used to get it years ago on prescription only they don't do that now, my daughter and niece's take it and they think it's great, it won't do you any harm as it is just a vitamin , also evening primrose.

a little light excercise works, drink penty of water and take evening primrose oil and vit b6 every day they really do work. good luck x

oil of primrose taken daily is good its cheap at lidl if u have 1 . also calms are very good they r herbal and can be taken daily from any chemist
