Your initial thought is right, that tank is srating to get crowded or at least will very soon. Several of those fish grow rather quickly and get very large so strt making plans for more and larger tanks soon. Or start planning on which one's you want to part with.

For the size they are now, you're maybe okay, but they will very soon need a tank about 10 times this size. The red snook alone requires a 75 gallon tank and each of these fish require an average of 50-70 gallons or so each. I'm not sure what a snow white soco is. There is a snow white discus. Discus are usually more peaceful fish and may not do well with territorial aggressive fish. Otherwise, these are a lot of very territorial, aggressive fish, and aside from space requirements to maintain good water quality for health reasons, they are going to need a lot of space just to stop them from attacking each other.

Your tank is far too small for these fish, and even if you got a larger tank, you might still have aggression/territory problems will all of these different fish together. Definitely too many fish for that tank, even now when they are small--I would suggest you think about rehoming some of them.

Just keep testing the water. If you start seeing spikes in toxicity then you are over crowded or over feeding.
