Sounds like diabetes because I am a diabetic myself. The thirst and constant hunger are classic symptoms. Also, the chest pains may just be anxiety about not knowing what is going on with your body. Get to a Dr to get a proper diagnosis and if you don't have insurance, there are a lot of programs out there to help people with chronic conditions such as this. If you know someone with diabetes that has a glucometer, you can have them check your sugars with just a small finger prick with a lancet. If you do it after at least 8 hours of no food (fasting) your number should be 70-120.....and thats a good way to determine whether or not you are a diabetic or not. But, my best advice to you is to see a Dr ASAP because the sooner you know for sure, the sooner you can deal with it to avoid complications if this in fact the case. Complications of untreated diabetes include blindness, limb amputation and stroke. Good luck!

I think it's a couple of things: The thirst and hunger could be symptoms of many illnesses from diabetes to an infection. With diabetes, I believe that you'd also find yourself urinating more frequently than normal.
As for the tingly feet, chest pain, etc., I think that they sound like panic attacks, possibly caused by your concern over the thirst and hunger. You start getting flutters and chest pain, you begin breathing more rapidly and your limbs don't get enough oxygen (hence the tingling). At worst, you can pass out due to the lack of oxygen. Try deep breathing to help... not heavy breaths, but a more regulated, slower type of breathing.
I really do think that you should see your GP, even if it's just to put your mind at rest.
Best of luck.

Could be many things. The first thing that comes to mind is diabetes. Are you losing weight? Urinating often? You will need to go to a doctor for a diagnosis. It could also be the thyroid like was said earlier.

You must check with a doctor ASAP! Do you have a history of Diabetes in your family? A simple blood test or two can help diagnose the problem.

Might be a thyroid problem.
With those symptoms, I'd encourage to see a doctor soon.
