Open and Ebay Account then Open a Store through that account then list to your hearts content. But research the fee's first just because you have a store on ebay and pay the monthly fee of $15.95 doesnt mean you get to list unlimited items. they still charge you 5 cents extra per item you list. I would suggest opening a store but also listing 100 regular auctions and then listing the rest in your ebay store to draw your business in. GOOD LUCK

Ebay has extensive tutorials. Very easy to do. But actually creatign a legal business entity requires you to set up a Corporation. You may need to pay tax in some situations. So learn about your local tax code. Lots and lots of regulations that can trip you up if you are not careful.
But as a whole it is pretty easy to do on ebay. Not that every one make a profit mind you.
