Sounds like she's more than curious and the time has passed to 'change her mind'. If she is cheating, you have to decide if you are willing to continue the relationship and under what conditions. If she refuses to stop seeing the woman, can you accept that? If she does stop seeing her, can you regain trust in her?
Bottom line, cheating is cheating whether it's with a man or a woman. Respond accordingly.

I'm bi-curious, but my boyfriend knows this and he's understanding about it and even told me if i ever want to act on that, he'd let me as long as he knew about it. Of course, i could never actually do that (i'm happy just keeping my crush on Christina Aguilera) because i'd still see it as cheating, even if he doesn't (considering it's with a woman instead of another man and would be more for "self-exploration" than just sleeping with someone else for the sake of sleeping with someone else) But in your situation, since this is something that wasn't discussed earlier, even though it is with a girl, it's still considered cheating because it was behind your back. I do understand the need for attention, though, because sometimes my boyfriend's work seems to come before me and it is something that girls take very personally and can be pretty painful for us. And though i could never cheat on my man for spite because i feel ignored, i could almost understand why a woman would, but i still don't think it's justified or right. But anyway, i think the best thing would be for the 2 of you to just talk to each other and get all of these issues and feelings out and try to find some way to work things out because it would be a shame to lose a 3 year relationship. But if it comes down to it that you must, hopefully you could at least end it amicably

Sorry, I don't get where the man comes into this question? If she's cheating, with another woman, I'd say she's a lesbian. What man are you talking about?

It really depends on what that woman's mind let's her believe or do.

It is all up to the individual.
