sometimes its difficult, but look for the standard looking user name like
a_18_girl or something like that.
also, in chat rooms they re-cycle their phrasing so even though it could look like they are talking, they are simply going through their loop. give it 5 minutes, you will soon figure it out.
You won't always get it right, but i have found a hit rate of about 90% by following the above
