I have just started a criminal justice course. They ask me to pick 2 amendments to chose sitituations in the modern world that could benefit.

Why would you modify them they are great the way they are worded.... Right to a speedy and fair trial, trial in front of your peers, right to know what you are being accused of, the right to confront your accusor, right to counsel. No sure why you would need to change this.....

None. Modification takes one of the blocks out of the foundation to justify the garbage being pushed today. You change one, then lets change another. Why would you even ask this question?

Twenty dollars is not what it was when the amendment was passed. I would consider a higher limit. Other than that, I would keep the sixth amendment the way it is.

why would you want to change any of hte ammendments.
