All these are projections of strength, will-power, hope and security. Can't really take sides.
But since you wanted one answer, I would say Superman. He can not only run fast, but can fly, nothing can stop him, he is super strong. Superman has all the powers that spiderman and batman have (except for the outfits). :-) So i would say superman.
