Ok so I don't laugh very easily. Like I can think somethings funny but the laugh just doesnt come. Soooo,.... in order for ppl not to think im a total grump, I have to fake laugh. Only prob is that my fake laugh sounds sooo fake!! How do you fake laugh??

I don't...I just think of something that was sooo funny I couldn't breath....just try thinking of something sooooo funny that you laugh out loud....or find something on someones face to laugh at....this girl always tried to make me laugh and I never would...one day I admired her face and compared it to an animal...it worked...I laughed out loud. I knows its mean but my friends have done it to me....but they made up some animal I look like. Its fun....try it...if that doesn't work...I dunno...try laughing gas???

To make a fake laugh start with a snicker ( not the candy bar), then start breaking out air bits by bit through your nose. After then start to chuckle with a smile, and laugh as you normally do but with a few more exaggerated actions like pretending to stop breathing because the moment is too funny. Start adding in comments like " oh god, i can't breath." and keep laughing. Or start to bang on things to emphasize the amount of laughter portrayed. that is how you fake laugh with a friend.

You fake laugh when your laughing but you dont mea it or the joke was bad but you just laugh for that person to feel good. You wanna fake laugh go turn on the TV and sit there for 9 hours. you'll laugh some how.

Don't laugh if it's not funny! Nothing worse than a fake laugh. Watch the show "Strangers With Candy", you will laugh FOR REAL!!!!!!

A fake laugh will make you look dumber than not laughing at all. If you don't want to laugh, don't, but don't try faking it either, you'll look & sound like a fool.....

My ex girlfriend could make a sound downstairs with her P lips, freaked me out.
Just say this to a guy and go with the flow- MY DIXIE WRECKED, and really look to see if they spit laugh, if there is a booger door flapping in their nose,.
Or when everyone else is laughing, and you still can't, think of your poop in the toilet wiggling like a snake.

Watch other people laugh and when they laugh try to sound like them, it might sound funny, but it works for me, because i am just like you...

Just smile. It will have the same effect as laughing.
I've never met someone who couldn't laugh though...
