Nipple hardness has nothing to do with arousal (necessarily). I have noticed that even on a very warm day, if a woman is aroused she will have hard nipples, but nipples are very sensitive. If they are rubbed by a shirt, get cold, etc... they will become hard (on a guy or a girl). Now, if you are licking your GF's nipples and she isn't stopping you, you are probably making her at least slightly horny, but the nipples becoming hard is not really a sign of this.

Yep! I'ts horrible unless you are wearing a padded bra, which I learned to do every time I go out in public, becaue you never know when a little cold air will creep up on you, and turn into an imbarrassing moment- unless guys like that little show, which they probably do!
