I've looked everywhere. Is there even a difference between the two?

How big does a regular Neon get? And would it get along with a Jumbos? Could they school with each other?

Thank you all so much! I think the store I bought the Jumbo Neon sold me a Diamond Head Neon! I just figured it was older than the regular sized ones!

All were just what I needed thanks!

There are several types of neon tetras; jumbo being one of them, however, they all are within the same spectrum of size, that being between 2 to 3 inches. Tetras all have the same tank requirements with a few variations, but they could all pretty much do fine together.

Most likely the same fish, just marked up at the store for the extra size. As others have said, there are several species that look rather similar and may all be sold under the name neon. A regular neon can get up to 1.5 "but 1 - 1.25 is far more typical. Most similar species will be within 1/2" or so of that size.

They are the same. If the red section goes from end to end,it is a cardinal tetra, similar to a neon tetra. They need to live in schools of 6 or more and you can combine the jumbo with the regular.
