Have you been encountered by a ghost?

sometimes i think have been... but i laugh it off.. i mean when the sun aint shadowing, no cars around no trees and you see a image of a person shadow your yard you freak out, or you see what you thought was your spouse standing in the hall then to find out they was in bed asleep and snoring... makes you wonder

Do you mean, have I encountered a ghost? Because the way you wrote it, that would mean, has a ghost encountered ME.

I'm out and about, and if there are ghosts around, then I suppose they might have encountered me.

But as far as me encountering ghosts, I've had some weird experiences that could be spirits, could be delusions. My mental health isn't always the best, and I wouldn't say they weren't hallucinations or something like that.

I saw a bunch of shadow forms, walking upright like humans. But I don't know that they were ghosts, exactly.

So, I don't think so. But I wouldn't rule it out, in my case or in others' cases.

Yep. Actually lived in TWO haunted places. Both were pretty harmless. One was a little old lady who had fond memories of her home and liked to make "phantom" treats--all of the sudden, the place would smell like baking even though the oven hadn't been touched in days. I also saw a phantom cat sit in front of me, but when I directed my attention to it, it dissipated.

The other was a grumpy old man who came to be fond of my family and stopped pulling creepy things to drive us away. His fave trick? Turning the TV, an ancient floor model, on. Man, that bothered me! Really freaked me out.

Another time, I was driving and came upon a cyclist, and grew very frustrated because it was night and he wore no light or reflective gear, and I could barely see him. As I came up to pass him, he dissipated into the fog. I was freaked, because my passenger saw the same thing.

Back in 1969 when I was 16.A friend and I were goofing around an abandoned farm.After a while we were sitting on the ground leaning against a shed ,when out of the barn across from us ,a lady floated out.Full form,you could see all but from the calves down,even the lavender colored dress,but she was see through.She never looked at us,just floated the length of the barn and disappeared.We just sat there ,stunned.We came back several times but never saw her again.(She was an older lady)

One time I woke up in the middle of the night and saw a woman standing in my doorway, glowing softly. We stared at each other--she seemed to be as surprised at being caught as I was to see her--and then she ducked out the door. I haven't seen her since. She had long brown, curly hair and wore an old-fashioned dress that looked like it may have been a wedding dress. She looked to be about 20-25.

I can't exactly say that i have seen one but sometimes at nite when there is no noise coming from anywhere, (outside,TV, fan, heaters) and if i lay quietly and listen for a few minutes into the darkness, i swear i hear conversations, or phrases that i can't quite yet make out..it makes the hair stand up on the back of my neck.....

many times,right now i am being invaded with shadow cats,they have actually tripped me.one night i woke up and saw standing at the foot of my bed a small child staring at me he had curly black hair and a all white outfit on.when he saw me looking at him he disappeared.i have also seen the same child in my dreams.also i saw a old man very tall who looked . like he was digging up something standing by my dresser,he kept his back to me and never turned around.he had a undertaker hat and old fashioned long coat on.also we were all sitting in the living room one night and saw some dude comming down the hall way.he had on shorts ,it was really weird,he got to the end of the hall and vanished,we all saw him.this place i live in is a hot bed lately for weird things,i hope to be moving soon.

There are no such things as ghosts. However, there are fallen angels (demons) who have a vast store of knowledge regarding the human race and our daily activities. The Devil must be delighted when people are deceived by references to ghosts. Fallen angels are not benevolent entities.
