The "whitish clear "goo"" is called discharge
Vaginal discharge the stuff women see in their underwear is normal
under most cases and varies. Discharge is how a womens body cleanses the vaginal canal. Before ovulation (the release of the egg),
there is A LOT of discharge.

The discharge can look differently depending on what's going on with
your
body. Typically before a period there is A LOT of discharge which is
normal. About 6 months or so before getting a first period, a girl
might
notice an increased amount of clear vaginal discharge. This discharge
is
common. There's no need for a woman/girl to worry about discharge unless it
has
a strong odor or causes itchiness.

Also, if the discharge has a yellow or green color, is clumpy like
cottage
cheese, or has a bad odor then I would go to the doctor to get it
checked
out.

If you get normal discharge try wearing pantyliners (or
“liners”) it's a lighter, thinner pad. You can wear this so that
you don't
soil your underwear.
