Its usually clear but now its bright yellow.I think it may be because of my new hair,skin,&nails vitamin.

This medication is just telling you that it is going through your system. But you have to drink a lot of water. This is a water soluable vitamin. Meaning that it is taking from you bodies water source. Depriving you of your hydration. DRInK MORE WATER! Your pee will stay about the same though. That is the side effect. Sorry! Good luck!

yes - when your body gets an excess of certain vitamins that it does not need - it releases them by passing them on through

and you get 'expensive' urine

your question will be - do the vitamins I take enhance what I am
taking them for - do I see a difference?

As a diabetic 2, a few vitamins helps me to maintain health, and
I don't mind the extra expense - and I think my zinc helps me stay
healthier than many at my office!

When I started taking vitamin B it changed my urine color.So I guess then it can.
