hmmm... this is like looking for a pin an a haystack... manila or metro manila per se is so huge a metropolis to pinpoint a person plus are you sure they are in manila or metro manila. manila is a city, metromanila covers cities pasay, quezon city, manila, pasig, mandaluyong, caloocan etc... if you know which specific city you can contact the local gov't of that city for help... another option is to contact media for help so that the coverage of your search widens.... try to google for the sites of the following media outfits that could help you. abs-cbn, gma 7, philippine star, manila bulletin. or contact the philippine national police... here is thier site www.pnp.gov.ph

If you know the which part of the city they are born, start with the local city hall, then narrow that down to the barangay....nedle in the haystack but City Hall should have the names of your parents brothers and sisters.

Get a local phone book-at least you have some names to start with. If that doesn't help hire a PI or you can advertise in some of the newspapers.

I saw that movie by Sam Milby, I just can't remember the title. Apparently, he was adopted when he was a child and don't know his relatives. At the end, he found his brothers and his sisters. At least you know where to start. Maybe you can do the same.
