Gosh! a number of them.
The ones I can think of right now are ‘Falling in Love’ (Streep - De Niro) And ‘The Bridges of Madison County’ (Eastwood – Streep)

I feel pretty pathetic admitting it, but I almost can't cry at all. Perhaps I'm emotionally stunted or have some problem (I've talked about it at length with a friend; we're tying to figure it out), but I basically only shed tears when someone close to me dies, and that's usually only after someone else gets me going by crying first.

Of the films that can get to me, they all deal with hateful deaths- I think there's something about the injustice and their loved ones' reactions that touches me deeply. Maybe it hits home in a way, I don't know.

I got glossy-eyed and tearful at "Boys Don't Cry", particularly the rape scene, the father's speech and several other points in "The Laramie Project" (moreso when I saw the stage version . . . it seared into me), and much to my surprise, at the mother's speech in "A Girl Like Me: The Gwen Araujo Story" (it was just a lifetime movie, nothing brilliant, but Lord help me, I was moved).

Sleepless in Seattle. The first time I saw that in the theater, when Tom Hanks was in his living room, talking to his dead wife, I cried so hard, I had to get up and take myself to the lobby to catch my breath. Even now, when that comes on cable, I avoid that part of the movie. It's just too sad.

Boys Don't Cry. The end of that movie is probably the most shocking and sad thing I have ever seen on film. It makes me cry not just with sadness, but with rage that things like this actually happen in the world I live in.

At the risk of shedding my cold hearted son of a ***** image, I would say two movies have the ability to make me cry.

1. Roman Holiday

2. It's My Party

Never Been Kissed. It brings back my memories of High School as the "Josie Grossy" like outcast who never had many friends or a boyfriend to speak of. But luckily, like Josie, i found my happy ending too.

Alright, this is going to totally ruin my image, but I have to say Schindlers List. I lose it when the survivors and they're families pay homage to the grave of the man who saved them.
