Yes, I think they do. I also think that they should not do that on TV shows, because sometimes little kids might be watching, and they will get the idea that ..... it is the way that kissing is supposed to be done. Then, when they get older and start kissing, they will automatically use their tongue.
Also, a kiss on TV should only be for a few seconds, not for three or four minutes, like they are now adays. The kiss should be just lips to lips, not tongue to tongue. That should be reserved for the privacy of your bedroom.

Surprisingly, they rarely use toungues in movies and actually uses more tongue kissing on TV shows. Actors in movies prefer lip-to-lip kissing. No toungue. I know this because I had to write a research paper on movies, media and etc.

yea i think they do depends though on how old and what tv show or movie it is but usually i think they do

Sometimes, yes. I've noticed the older people on soaps don't use them, though.
