How do I use the PSP emulator on my PC?

I got it now please help! I don't know what to do!

You don't. The emulator is designed for people who want to write their own programs for the PSP. It won't play commercial games yet. If you want to run an emulator ON the PSP, go here:

Simple get a reading code and get a emulator
Then u can play PSP games on a computer =)
