IF they are leather....and IF you have the time.....the best way to fix that problem, (and custom fit the boots to your feet), is to put your feet in the boots, lace them up, stand in a tub of hot water until they are fully saturated, and then go for a long walk until your body heat and the heat outside dry them. Hikers and backpackers have custom fit boots to their feet in this way for years. THEN, 1) buy a jar of "Snow Seal" , 2) heat them gently with a hair dryer, 3) apply the Snow Seal, 4) heat them gently, again, 5) let them cool, 6) buff to desired shine. They will be water tight for years. I can actually stand in a stream in my hiking boots and they will not leak!

yes wet shoes, well here is a little tip for the next time you wash or get your shoes wet & it works fill the bottom of your shoes with normal rice then stuff some clothes inside , leave over night in a warm place and the morning they will be dry .you try . as for the shoes you have just shrunck you can either fill them full of news paper but another way is if you have some dried beans soak the beans in water then put them in side your shoes add a little water so when the beans swell up they will streach your shoes . learn something you everyday before going to bed

I know this sounds weird, but what I would do is wet the boots down, put them on and wear them until they are dry. That's the way to break in a new pair of boots. Your feet may be uncomfortable for awhile, but it will work.

like tooth acres says except get them wet before putting them on so that they don't crack. Never dry leather with heat. If they come baqck greasing them up with dubbin or other leather lube will help. There is another product out there called saddle soap meant for horse harness that might work.

I would rewett them, then stuff newspaper or something inside of them. That why when they dry the can't shrink. There are also shoe stretcher on the market. But everytime my mom dries our shoes she stuffs them so they don't shrink then sticks them near the heater ducts.

What kind of material were these boots?

And no that cannot be fixed. Once something has shrunk you can't turn it back t normal. Not unless you buy a new pair.

Soak them in Gasoline over night. Then stuff them with paper as tight as you can. let them dry normally. (Gasoline evaperates faster than water and leaves a oily residue.)Then treat them with lexol leather conditioner.
