I am in my second mnarriage, had a tubal during first marriage--was a bad relationship and didn't think would get a divorce-and my husband has no children. We looked into IVF, but found out that since I had a tubal, that it wouldn't be covered. Now we are looking at the reversal-due to the cost-I am 40 and time is running out-does anyone know of any funding -or how I could get an insurance that would cover it? I presently have Blue Cross/Blue Shield-which won't cover anything. :-( Help!?

I am in a similar situation and have talked with my insurance provider about it. There is just no way insurance will cover a reversal for something you chose. However, some clinics and doctors do provide financing. Depending on the type of ligation you had, IVF may still be your best option. Talk to your doctor and your insurance provider about your options. Best of luck!

My hubby's first better 0.5 had her tubes decrease and tied after that that they had 2 children, and later on, they divorced. presently after she remarried a guy with no youngsters, so she had her tubes untied and had them reconnected to have more beneficial children with her second husband. Her first 2 were 'classic' deliveries. After her tubes were untied and reconnected, her next children were delivered through utilising C-area, though I fairly don't understand the reason why. And the children born after the reversal of the tubal ligation were completely good and classic children. when I had my only infant, I went again on the pill, even besides the undeniable fact that my being pregnant grow to be once now no longer precisely an elementary one both. I basically would now no longer make myself have the tubal ligation finished provided that i didn't want any more beneficial surgical treatment after having a c-area done. That grow to be fairly sufficient surgical operation for me, besides the undeniable fact that many persons attempt this once they have were given had a complicated being pregnant. so some distance as having your tubes reconnected effectively, i trust it ought to likely trust in how your tubal ligation grow to be done. in the adventure that your tubes were decrease and tied, you regularly have a much more beneficial advantageous probability than someone would who wanted their tubes decrease and burned. There will be scar tissue there, so as that would no longer be as undemanding of a 'fait accompli' as an elementary reducing and tying off tubal ligation is often to opposite. different shrink and tie tubal ligation reversals were verified to be useful, basically as having vasectomies were effectively reversed. I truly trust it relies upon upon the technique that grow to be once utilized on your tubal ligation as on your fulfillment of having them untied and reconnected. in case you do not look particular precisely what type of tubal ligation grow to be done on you, you need to wish to ask your OB for the major points. i'm particular he will be thoroughly satisfied to sit down and communicate appearing a reversal on you no matter if it is available and what type of probabilities you've of conceiving once more beneficial!

Very few types of health insurance cover any type of fertility treatments, and if you find one that does its going to have sky high premiums. Better start saving up your cash or take out a personal loan.
