Has anyone ever won anything from the magazine Take A Break or am I wasting my time every week in entering the competitions?!

i entered them for months and never won... you're better off making up a "real life story" where your husband who is also your brother's secret lover runs off with your next door neighbour's dog then sends your mum's knickers through the post to you.... good for 250 quid

Yes I have. About 11/12 years back, it couldn't have been around for long. I won £50 from Take A Break. First thing I knew was when an envelope with 'Take a Break' written in big red letters dropped on the mat.

My Grandad entered Take a Break comps every week since it came out and never won a thing. He's dead now, so be warned...

I filled the coupons in every week for years, never got a thing, and I don't know anyone else who has won anything either,

My mum has entered faithfully every week since the mag began...over 15 years i think...and has never won a thing!

My mum won twice £1000 and some sherry and cheese years ago I have never won but then I always forget to send them in!!

I have about 3 years ago I won a DVD player. Just keep trying you might get lucky one day. Good Luck.

I used to send off but never won anything. Stopped buying cause it was so damn depressing. Losing loved ones and being too fat/too skinny.

I do them every week to NO avail but someone who I used to work with someone won loads!!! I'm definitely not lucky but I'm pleased someone else never wins owt (no offence), I thought it was just me.
