Why not just tell her? You have the feelings right. So the only thing I can see stopping you is you don't know hers. Pretty easy to find out if you ask. If she is a good friend and not interested then you will still be friends, but if she is judgemental about it then do you really need a friend like that?

Well, I think you can kind of tell when someone is into you. Is there any sexual tension? Flirt with her, then If you think so, the only thing you can do is just tell her how you feel.
