Philosopher. People always want success but never think of its aftermath. For instance, many famous people burn out because they become too successful too quickly. People who fear success are smart.

I would say the person is uneducated and thinks that all rich & successful people have made their money illegaly and they are criminals. He/She thinks being successful is being dishonest which is something he/she does not want to be.
