i purchased jewel quest on 1/14/07,, downloaded it & it still won't let me play, this is the 3rd time i've tried to solve this, even speaking with cust. service, pppllleeeaassee help, we tried downloading it again & i can't activate it either....thanks for you time.....

What site are you buying from?
I have that from realgames...once in a while there is a glitch.
Uninstall it and re download...not more you can do.
