sex shouldn't only be about your personal gratification, unless your rubbing out some knuckle children...
Sex should be enjoyed by both parties in a way that the two parties can both reach climax several times before clean up and sleep.
If your in it just for yourself, your partner (wife, gf, bf, husband, ... ~no offense I didn't look at the profile on my way in... just the question~) will think less of you and this might result in feelings of hurt, inadequacy, and in some cases depression.

learn about relationships and experience intimacy (emotionally) with another human being. without investing yourself with another it is only physical and that is simply not good enough
