Go and see your GP and ask him for Oxypam - an antibiotic that has been developed for the treatment of acne - dont be so quick to go onto/change the pill.

That is very difficult because you need to have two different kinds of level of estrogen for the PCOS and the acne. You may want to talk to your docotr about YAZ (used a lot for the PCOS + Metformin (relieves cramps and keeps your cycle reg)) and Differin Gel for the acne. I had the same problem and they put me on Yasmin 28 day!! It cleared up the acne and it is a great Progesterone hormone substitute. It is also has an anti-diuretic (lets you get rid of excess water), so you won't have bloating and water weight gain! Good luck!
