Get involved in activites like dance, basketball, soccer, or whatever it may be. Choose something you like. You may not find it right away but keep looking. There's something out there for you. Once you get involved in things you'll start meeting people [who have the same interests as you]. Good luck! =]

Kind of a vague question here. But going out and meeting people is a great start.

step one.... make a friend who has a good social network.
then as u guys get closer u'll get sucked into the social scene.
