I have and I didn't like it. My blind, diabetic mother-in-law lived with me after her son, my husband passed away and I cut her's because she couldn't see or bend over that far. She lived with me for another 5 yrs. Heck her own kids wouldn't take care of her, I had to.

I did it for my elderly mother-in-law.
It was not easy, and I did not want to do it, but I knew she was unable and she deserved the tenderest of care. So while on one hand I would normally find it repulsive, it was a kindness rewarded with her gratitude.

i would clip my parents' toenails when they get too old to do it themselves and i would probably do it for my boyfriend or husband...

no not any random person i don't know... they have to be related to me or close to me with some kind of disability that doesn't allow them to do it themselves.
