does anybody know if nhbc accept the use of tyvek supro breathable roof menbrane in a pitched warm roof construction and do nhbc want it ventilated? if so where do you ventilate it ? between the top of the insulation and the underside of the Tyvek or where? and how much ventilation space?

yes ..tyvec is accepable in allmost every building in england ..its a very good product....you normaly need no further ventilation as the whole thing is breathable.. if you are making a warm roof withsomething like king span ..i would leave a 50 mm gap between the two

Tyvek is wicked, although a little expensive.
50ml air gap top an bottom every rafter, its a complete joke the regs have changed yet again. It is the bain of my existance, have you seen the funnie chocolate box type material they want uinderneath as well????
The waste plastic is increadable.
I'd get advice on exactly which type to use for your job 'cus the regs have changed a lot in the last year.
Good luck mate 'cus it drives me up the wall, an I'd hate to give the wrong advice on this one, its so stupid though because what there using is just going to make the buildings sweat like hell.
And the amount of insulation is a joke as well, totally over the top.

tough one that ventation to the roof should be through the eaves and is vital to stop dry rot i sugest that you check out the building regulation a good place to check this out on the web is at planningportal.org i think and it is part L of the regulations on insulation hope this helps good luck
