I recently bought the game and i installed it then, installed the latest video card..but evry time i try to start it it gives me some kind of splash screen then my monitor goes black then im back to desktop. Is there anyway to ffix this?

You should have installed the video card first before the game.
But any way, we need more info - "some kind of splash screen" doesn't help. What did the screen say? Did it give you instructions?
1) I suggest you uninstall it.
2) Make sure your video card has all the latest drivers. Update them if necessary
3) Re-install the game (pay attention to what you're doing while you do it.
