It can be age related, or medication/stress induced. Also any angry feelings toward your partner can play a part. ANY/ALL of those items are factors, so it's all ok, just be patient and ask your partner to go a little slower and it will all work out again :)

You say 'lately', maybe you've been under a lot of stress lately or overworked; if your overall energy is low, so is your sexual energy. You might just be too tired to feel excited or reach an orgasm.
