I would only keep him in a keeper league, otherwise you can fill that roster spot with someone who will produce. Lets just hope he doesnt turn into Mark Prior and Kerry Wood. If you got him in an automatic draft, I am sorry. If you picked him intentionally, maybe you can find one more league member that did not know he was out for the majority of the year. Good Luck finding a trade partner.

Unfortunatley. Unless you are in a keeper league, dump him !!!
He has no shot of coming back this year. It takes at least twelve months to recover from Tommy John surgery.

yeah he's done for the season go find a quality pitcher that is in the American league west who will just dominate the worst division in baseball

if he comes back from rehabbing then mayb he has a possibility to coming back to pitching for the Twins
