GTA San Andreas?

In this game i cant get by the supply lines mission with that one store owner. its the one where you are in the little airplane and have to kill 4 couriers . i was wondering if u have to do that mission to finish and move on in the game.

no you don't have to beat it to move on but it does pay good

Sounds like a Zero mission, and that would be a story line mission to finish the game...

No, that is a side mission that is not required to officially beat the game.
