i wont to know if the distance effect between 2 close AP.wireless ?

i uesd two AP.connect with two omine to distribute internet to clients, the distance between them 1meter and used channel 1 for AP1 and channel 11 for AP2 ,I wonder is DISTANCE 1meter make noise to AP?

That should be fine as long as you are using different, non overlapping channels. However I would do a site survey first to see what other access points in the area are using what channels to use the optimum ones.

no not if you use seperate channels, they will have no effect on eachother.
