depends. Usually refers to a 'mousy brown' color of hair. However, if you are like me and a HUGE fan of Disney, I'd definitely take that as a compliment!! I love Minnie and Mickey!!! In fact, Disneyworld is my most fav place in the world!!!
Whoever said that to you is jealous, so don't worry your pretty little head over it! Maybe when they are around you, you can 'squeak' and eat small bites of cheese. Just to pi** them off!! LOL

It's NOT a compliment. And the person who said it is mean.
Mousy features means "plain jane" or "boring" or "non-descript" like nothing extraordinary or nothing that makes you stand out from the crowd.

No, it's not a compliment. It just means one looks very average, nothing stand out looking. Kind of blah looking.
