have this guy..who flirts with me but he never really made an actual move, I know for a fact that he's an insecure guy.. there was one instance where he told me to call him if I ever wanted to hang out or go to a movie.. and there was another time where he asked me WHO I spent my holidays with, and on top of that he's always questioning me about how come I'm always leaving when he comes and talk to me... so I thought well he told me to call him if i ever wanted to hang out..so I made the first move and asked him to hang out.He told me that he would like to but it would have to be in a couple of weeks because he is broke....But we haven't really connected and it's been about a week ago..would you say he's interested even though he hasn't called

And plus he told me that he was putting out hints..but I enver picked up on them..so he felt like I didn't want to be his friend...and then he went on to say that there has been times where woman have shown that they didn't want to be his friend..

It shouldn't be that much trouble to ask a person out.. even if he's completely broke if he REALLY wanted to go out he'd find a way. You made the first move.. now it's his play. Don't call him again or ask him out again.. let HIM call you and ask you out and if he doesn't and keeps saying he'd like to but never follows through, you have your answer.

Quit tring to read into him so much. Maybe he is broke so suggest something cheaper like renting a movie. On the other hand, He should not be so whinny, if he is so insecure maybe you don't need him. Maybe just come out and ask him, that would be the best way to get your answer.

Honey, it sounds like you're clueless. If he has told you outright that he was trying to show you he was interested and you never picked up on it and never did anything, then how is anything ever going to happen?
Make up your mind - do you like him? Do you want to try to get something started with him? Talk to him flat out. It sounds like he was at least interested at one time and may still be. Just start out as friends if you have to.

I hate to tell you this, but if he's that undecided & you make the first move, you need to prepared to make ALL the moves as long as you have a relationship with him.

i think that he really LIKED you. i think that he was trying to get something started but you waited just a little to long so he decided to move on.
