Robert Miles the song is Fable the song Children sounds a lot like it as well the cd those songs came off of (Dreamland) has tracks that all sound like that....some too much like that kinda repetitive.

If you liked that try the album's Poem and Chimera by Delerium and Love Sensuality Devotion by Enigma.
