Get drunk, do that funny skipping in circles dance and make out. It's a blast. I visited Edinburgh for Hogmanay a couple years back and it was amazing.

the same as what happens every where else at new year. hogmanay has died a death in scotland over the last few years

They pipe in the haggis ,,eat,,drink..be merry,,dance,,,get drunk..fireworks,,,,and next day you have one hell of an hangover,
