Just click on itunes. And it will. it doesnt always pop up when u plug it in.

make sure you downloaded itunes
if you did and it still doesnt work, plug the usb thing in the back of the computer not the front side
that happened to me too
when i plugged the usb thing in the front it wouldnt work but when i plugged it in the back it worked
