Yes Hannah LIP SYNCS, believe it or not. Billy Ray Cyrus got Miley into Celeb life even though she can't sing OR act.

Every singer lips syncs at some point in their carrer - whether it is for a music video, a very special apperance where they can't afford to mess up, or perhaps some other reason - but in general she does sing live with her true voice.

The way she's running up and down the stage and having a pillow fight while singing?
eh. I don't think so.
Not to mention, everytime she sings live it sounds EXACTLY the same as the main recording.
She's just another wannabe disney actor who thinks they have a career in the music industry.
