They're certainly real. You have to understand that the transsexual women starring in 'shemale porn' are not women who have had penises surgically added to their bodies, but men who have taken female hormones and potentially gotten breast implants. Their penises, then, are the same penises they had when they were men.

As for urination, if it's a metoidioplasty or phalloplasty but with the vagina left open, the individual may opt simply to continue urinating from their urethra as they always have. If the vagina is sewn up, though, there is no choice but to reroute the urethra through the new penis, which can happen with either phalloplasties or metoidioplasties, but is highly prone to complications like infection. But it can be done, and then they can urintate out of the penis with no problem. (Again, though, no ejaculation is possible).

Okay, are you talking about transvestites? Men who dress as women all the time as a lifestyle or hermaphrodites?
OR, are you talking about women who have had sex changes to become women? Transvestites are men who dress as women regularly as a lifestyle (as opposed to a drag queen who does so for shows, etc.) If you are talking about classic transvestites, they were born with male genitals and yes, they are real. Yes, they function to urinate. I'm not sure what procedure you are referring to. So I can't address that question

You're talking about transvestites? They still have their tackle, so what you see is real. If they were post-op, why would they go through mutilation, and then wear a false penis? I think you need to get a little closer to the screen....if you're so interested
