I guess my question is: If I put music on a CD-RW to play in my car stereo, can I then take that same CD-RW and erase those songs and add new ones? I know with CD-R's I have to finalize them to play them in a car stereo - but not sure how this works with a CD-RW. I want to be able to play music in my car for a week or so, and then erase that music and add new tracks to the CD-RW. Is this possible?

Using a CD-RW MIGHT work...key word is MIGHT. Some players will accept a CD-RW, but most won't. Give it a try, and if it doesn't work, you'll have to go with CD-R's. Good luck.

CD-RW's will work in your car stereo as long as your stereo has that feature, If it's HIGH END CD PLAYER or FLIP OUT TV/DVD, it will work soon as you put it in. If not then it will just play CD-R and REAL CD's. But other than them working in the car the only other place would be in your computer.

HIGH END CD PLAYERS are usually $300 or more and then they will play the CD-RW
